What does whole food, plant-based mean?*

It means people need to eat the whole meal

It means it's based on whole plants that are not (or minimally) processed

It means diet should be mostly plant-based with some added fish, meat, or dairy

Where should humans obtain their Omega-3 from?*

Fish and DHA supplements, some plants too

Whole plant foods such as vegetables and fruits, sea vegetables, nuts, and seeds

Vegetable oils such as coconut or palm oils

How much oil should be added into the daily diet?*

In small quantities, and only cold-pressed oils in meals everyday

Only coconut and olive oil, not fried

Never, if possible

What supplements do you recommend for the general population?*

Multivitamins, meal replacers and others

Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D from sunshine
